Crystal Shine Matte is a lacquer sealer developed for interior and exterior applications, to bring out the radiance and luster of exposed aggregate and other decorative concrete surfaces with a subtle, satin “matte” finish.  

Crystal Shine Matte is formulated with a unique solvent blend allowing fast-drying, solvent-base performance along with VOC compliance in the OTC/LADCO/ MRPO and SCAQMD regions.
